We also leverage other factors when determining price including age, condition, features, lot size along with current market conditions that affect value. Our goal is to sell your property for as much money as possible in a short time frame.
Welcome to one of the most exciting parts of the process! All of our planned tactics will now go to market. This is where we create the perception of value, attract and qualify potential buyers/investors, showcase your property via showings, monitor interest, provide weekly updates and communication and respond to the rapid changes of the evolving real estate market.
We review all offers thoroughly, qualify and analyze the pros and cons of each, negotiate to optimize price and terms and have back pocket offer strategies ready. We consider all factors other than the offer price including closing date, terms and conditions, deposit to name a few. As your partner in this journey, our consultative approach, guidance and assistance will ensure a seamless offer acceptance.
Upon reviewing all offers, you accept one offer based on criterias of importance. Following acceptance, we execute the agreement and meet deadlines to fulfill any conditions.
On closing day, we finalize all legal documents and work with your lawyer to transfer title from seller to new buyer. Once written confirmation is received, you provide your keys and celebrate on a successful mission.
